With entrepreneurship and hospitality experience running restaurants for over 20 years, the transition to an ice cream truck rental service was a natural one. As the business grew, John employed his family and an extended staff to serve ice cream from the growing fleet of ice cream trucks that make local events and parties a success. Today, Cool Cow Ice Cream serves events of all sizes 365 days a year.
